I found your house insurance company online while I was looking for affordable insurance. Since this is going to be my first house, I had no idea what type of coverage I would need or what the price would be for that coverage. Once I received a quote online, I contacted an agent and explain that I was first time home buyer and need it enough insurance to cover my home structure and my contents. I was very pleased with the service I was given. The agents at the time to explain everything in detail about the different coverage plans and cost.
I was on the phone with your agent from your house insurance company off and on for days. He was very polite, never sounded frustrated and was always willing to answer my questions. I have to say, I found him very professional yet friendly and very understanding when it came to my not knowing anything about house insurance or contents insurance. He took the time to explain everything to me, which made everything much easier. When it was time to close on my house, I had the appropriate insurance that I need. This was a major concern for me when I was buying my house.
I found that not every house insurance company is the same. The quotes that I received from other companies were so much higher than Home Quote Direct. I do not feel that there customer service was going to provide me with the answers that I needed. I am very happy that I chose this company because I do have good coverage at an affordable price and the agent was so helpful in answering all my questions. The entire process was fast and everything was completed without any additional costs being added to the quote I was given online. I am very pleased with my service and my insurance.
